Hallin Marine’s West Division has been re-structured and a new apointment made.
Managing director Mike Arnold said the changes have restructured and increased Hallin’s senior management team in readiness for the next stage of its growth.
The changes come into effect immediately at the Aberdeen based division of the AIM quoted subsea solutions provider to the oil and gas industry.
Long time Hallin employee Mark Wood, 37, moves up to Technical Director with responsibility for project delivery. Mark’s role expands in the company, with an additional four senior managers now reporting to him.
John Pattison joins the division as operations director with special responsibility for business development. John, 43, joins from Global Marine Systems Ltd, where he was projects director, and previously ran his own project management consultancy. He will be moving from Southern Essex to Aberdeen.
Pattison said the West Division has grown quickly and that his team has been “fantastic” in coping with the immense demands that growth has put upon them.
“Now we are taking a breath and preparing for the next stage of our growth by ensuring we have the best people and the right infrastructure in place.”
