It has recently been announced that IMCA Trainee courses for Air Diving Supervisor, Trainee Bell Diving Supervisor, and IMCA Assistant Life Support Technician, will take place in the United States out of Louisiana.
In 2005 KBA Training Centre Pte Ltd (KBAT) conducted the first IMCA training courses for a major USA diving contractor. Several of the course attendees successfully passed the IMCA examination upon completion of the course. Based in Singapore, KBA Training center is the only approved International Marine Contractors Association (IMCA) training provider for the region of South East Asia. KBAT is pleased to announce their agreement with LBJ Maritime, a US company based in Lake Charles, to provide IMCA training courses once again in the United States.

The IMCA Trainee courses for Air Diving Supervisor, Trainee Bell Diving Supervisor, and IMCA Assistant Life Support Technician (ALST), will enable suitably qualified divers to work towards the internationally recognized diving supervisor and Life Support Technician certifications.
