HOUSTON — FMC Technologies has cut about 200 jobs since late last year and is considering more as tumbling commodity prices force customers to reduce spending, said CEO Peter Kinnear.
FMC began cutting about 2 percent of its almost 10,000 staffers worldwide near the end of 2008 and finished the reductions last month, Kinnear said this week.
Only 10 employees in the company’s Houston operations were let go, FMC spokesman Michael King said.
