The Executive Director of the Diver Certification Board of Canada, David Parkes, will present the new DCBC certification scheme for ROV Pilot/Technicians on Wednesday March 4, 2009 at Underwater Intervention in New Orleans. David wil describe the development of the scheme and how it will be implemented. Our intent is to generate comments and suggestions for improvement so that the scheme can be finalized in time to launch at the Canadian Underwater Conference in Halifax, NS in September 2009.
